We offer three levels of Design service that are tailored to your needs and the scope, timeline, location and budget of your project. We are flexible and creative this allows us to scale to any project size – big or small, indoors or outdoors “oui” got you.

Design Level: Chrome

For one room projects:

  • Assistance with selecting products, material, colors & finishes

  • Includes design concepts, floor plans to scale & swatches

  • Limited Virtual support from our Design Lead

  • Design turnaround in typically 3-5 business days. Let’s be honest, does not include holidays or the days before and after them

  • This level typical reuses most of your existing items and gives you a master plan to achieve your final design in phases on your own

Design Level: Silver

Holistic design for two rooms to an entire estate:

  • Assistance with selecting products, material, colors & finishes

  • Includes design concepts, floor plans to scale, site measurements, swatches, detailed schematic designs, elevations, details as needed & comprehensive design presentation

  • Project coordination

  • Virtual support from our Design Lead. Billed in blocks of time

Design Level: Titanium

Full-service design for whole-home transformations or new build:

  • Entire home projects, from concept to completion, with a minimum investment of $150K in furnishings

  • Assistance with selecting products, material, colors & finishes

  • Includes entire Design Haus: design concepts, floor plans to scale, site measurements, swatches, detailed AutoCAD schematic designs, elevations, details, ID interior sheets for construction documents as needed

  • Includes specialized interior architecture and finish selection, fine-art curation & Waterworks kitchen & bathroom design; décor & styling via partnerships up on request

  • Project coordination, installation & styling support

  • in-home, showroom or virtual support from our owner & head designer
