Est. 1952. An early-20th-centry example of modern architect by Wyatt C. Hedrick, the Corrigan Tower, named after Owner|Developer Leo Corrigan, was office space until economic conditions forced closure in 1968.

After many, many years of abandonment a developer requested some mixed use concepts:

Posh, Cube & Stiletto…

We did not get the opportunity to work on the final design, but are thankful we got the experience & site visit to see the inside of the historic venue before it was touched.
